The Lite Version:

The lite version of the app contains ten postures in each category from the best-selling yoga coffee table book “Yoga from the Heart” by Yogananth Andiappan. Users can pay in app to purchase to unlock the full version to have access to the full four hundred postures, which are all classified for easy access and come with search and also can pay to unlock the audio names of all 400 poses.

Chakra Identification

The asanas are classified according to the chakra it stimulates while doing the posture, and the awareness point to be focused on while holding the postures. Focusing on a particular chakra before, during and after the posture can enhance the circulation of Prana to all the internal organs related to that chakra. It also helps to expose and develop the qualities of the related chakra within us.

Doshas Classification

The asanas are classified according to the dosha that they help balance. The balance of the doshas also helps balance the five elements in our body. They are responsible for coordinating and directing all the substances and structures of the body. Any disturbance or imbalance in their equilibrium can lead to several kinds of ailments and diseases.

Intensity Classification

All the asanas (postures) are classified and categorized for those who are practicing Hatha Yoga regularly (daily) for more than one year. Some postures are classified according to the level of difficulty in the steps to achieve the posture, while some postures are classified according to the level of flexibility which the body needs to develop to achieve the posture. Overall, the intensity of the posture is just reference guide.

Being new to yoga practice, this app had shown me what is possible with dedication! Very inspiring and uplifting.
Great pictures. Get the full app for less than a cup of coffee. You wont regret it.
Why is it that I am unable to get the full app? Is it not present on the App Store anymore?
As a visual reference for asana form, this app can not be beaten. A unique feature is an option to view chakra-based asanas. No other app Ive seen offers this option. Photos are crystal clear and inspiring. I bought the full app and, because it enhances my enjoyment of yoga and expands my variety of asana practice, I am delighted and thankful.
These are advanced level postures, so this is not the app for a beginner. But theyre beautifully demonstrated (I got the full app) and the way the poses correspond to chakras is really useful.
I think is the best yoga app without using vídeos where you can focus the training in the asanas to practice yoga. This is the only app where show the 400000 asanas per 5us

Some bad moments

This app doesnt really do much except show you a bunch of high quality photos of someone who does not represent the normal flexibility of even most yoga teachers. There is no queuing for poses, descriptions, programs or anything on a pose except a picture. This is basically a book as an app...and yes I have the full version. Id save your money for a different app if you are after more than photos...my 2 cents.
Many photos but anything else... boring continuously asking 5 euro upgrade...
This is not at al. What I expected. If you like to see old men in twisted yoga poses, get this. It does not give advice on how to do yoga or poses. It is literally pictures of people in mostly impossible poses. Dont tr this at home!
